The Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS), with numerous international branches, is headquartered in London. Founded in 1866, the Royal Aeronautical Society is the oldest and amongst the most respected and prestigious aviation and aerospace organizations in the world. The society has witnessed virtually all major events from the birth of aviation through the latest leading edge achievements and offers extraordinary archives of priceless records and contacts.
